Full Sourcing Membership
Each month we will focus on a big ticket item of your renovation and help you to source 3 prices from our preferred suppliers. All you need to provide is dimensions and we will do the rest. For this service, your interior designer or architects would charge a 10-15% service on your whole project cost.
We achieve lower costs by focusing on one big ticket item per month rather than every detail (as we have found normally, you prefer to find them yourselves anyway). It's the big things that you prefer the support with.
Example elements could include a feature glazed door or staircase, kitchen units, worktops, lighting, bathroom units, taps, tiles, paint per room, wooden flooring or more. Please contact your renovation specialist to discuss something bespoke.
Your renovation specialist will provide a day of work per month to fetch the best price and quality for your brief.
