Project Vision

This is our most value adding service - you send us pictures and a video of your project and we will create a project vision option where we believe the most value can be added with your budget. 
 
Unlike an architect or builder, who often make more money when you spend more, we are acting on your behalf. Being developers ourselves we have good knowledge of how much is a fair price to pay for different levels of a project. We cannot advise you on final prices as they depend entirely on structural drawings. Prices depend on specific details relating to each site, soil coniditions, access, levels of steel etc. But we can give a steer on what we would do if we were taking on the project ourselves.
